Invitation to Exhibitors

Companies are invited to participate as Exhibitors for the 12th Annual Caribbean Dermatology Symposium which provides an opportunity to display products and services to an expected audience of 240 dermatologists and other health care professionals. 


Exhibit Levels, Fees and Benefits

Premium Level - $10,000

• Recognition of company as Premium Level Exhibitor in printed materials, signage, and  on our website, http://www.caribederm.org/

• Super-sized display table in a preferred location of the meeting’s exhibit area 

• Display space for up to two scientific posters of the company’s choice (authors need not be in attendance)

• Free registration for two company representatives.  Registration includes educational program, meal and entertainment functions.  Travel and hotel accommodations of company representatives and guests are not included

• Bonus recognition for your company as the sponsor of one morning break (signage to indicate company sponsorship)

• Opportunity to conduct an advisory board or focus group meeting (company sponsored activities must not conflict with scheduled dates/times of CME program)

• Opportunity to place logo items in the gift bag distributed to all registrants (advance notice required)
 
• Company representatives invited to attend a private reception with symposium faculty 

• Premium Level Exhibitor may register additional persons at a reduced fee


Standard Level - $5,000

• Recognition of company as an Exhibitor in printed materials, signage, and on our website, http://www.caribederm.org/

• One display table for promotional use in our exhibit area 

• Free registration for one company representative.  Registration includes educational program, meal and entertainment functions.  Travel and hotel accommodations of company representatives and guests are not included
 
• Company representatives invited to attend a private reception with symposium faculty 

• Exhibitor may register additional persons at reduced fee

Reservation Deadlines and Requirements

Signed agreements must be received by Friday, December 7, 2012 in order to reserve space in the exhibit area.   Upon receipt of the completed agreement, we will send you information about registration of company representatives to the meeting.  Please contact Bill Schneider, Executive Director, Caribbean Dermatology Symposium at (502) 569-1356, or email help@caribederm.org for an exhibitor agreement form.

Applications for exhibit space may be rejected if the program directors determine that the product or service does not relate to the medical or scientific aspects of the practice of dermatology.  Upon request, exhibitors must provide scientific information concerning the product or service to be displayed. 


Assignment of Space

Educational Grant Supporters and Premium Level Exhibitors will receive the first assignment of space, followed by Standard Level Exhibitors on a first-come, first served basis.  Exhibit space is limited and could sell out.


Staff Representatives

Companies will receive one or two complimentary registrations to the meeting, according to the level of exhibitor.  Additional staff representatives will be required to register for the meeting at a cost of $350 for each person.  Each registration includes attendance at the educational program, meal and entertainment functions.  Travel and hotel accommodations of company representatives are not included.
